Design concept
The pavilion has no walls on three sides. A deep roof handles both the summer sun and the rain, and the pool edge was set flush with the deck so the whole terrace reads as one plane from the house.

Design concept
A new four-bedroom residence on eleven acres. The plan is a simple gabled bar with a perpendicular wing for the kitchen and hearth room, sited to catch morning light across the meadow. Structure is exposed where it earns the right to be.

Design concept
The courtyard had been paved over. Lifting the slabs revealed enough soil depth for olive and citrus, and the new tiled rill recirculates greywater from the house. It needs watering twice a month in high summer.

Design concept
A study for a writer, wrapped in deep olive paneling with a window seat facing the garden. Every book wall is on adjustable standards hidden inside the casework.

Design concept
The brief asked for density without the usual trade-off. Every apartment gets a balcony deep enough to eat on, a planter that reads from the street, and cross-ventilation. The brick was chosen for thermal mass and for how it ages.
